Nine Inch Nails- Came Back Haunted

  




    The Video "Came Back Haunted" by Nine Inch Nails is a really neat video. I don't know how its done but it shows the motions really slow of a mutated mix between human and insect. I think that it is multiple pictures put into stop motion creating a slow effect. This is something that could be really cool.


    Furthermore, there is also like an inverted edit making the colours go into themselves. It appears that it is black and white. This is also something that I would like to do in my video.


   In addition to this the lighting that is used is great. This is something that I would like to create in my video. I think that the strobe lighting used is a convention in the genre and is something that I would like to put it. The lighting here is used to create a distorted feel. My school have just purchased some small portable lights and this is something I would like to do.


Moreover, during the performance part of the video the singer is in a close up to the camera at a high angle. This is a cool angle that I would like to use. Also, the movement is very erratic and distorted. this makes the same angles look really cool and it is something I would like to use.
